Home recipes for delicious desserts - chocolate mint.

You can enjoy the dessert. And the value it has. If this is a special occasions or just for fun will be very useful in sweets. This is a recipe for chocolate - my favorite! Chocolate mint is a delicious recipe I have for many years from the magazine Cooking Light.

Mint chocolate truffles.

1 / 3 cup of Semisweet chocolate chips of mint.
4 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened.
16 oz pkg sugar screening.
1 / 4 cup unsweetened cocoa.
1 / 4 cup powdered sugar screening.
2 tbsps mint Semisweet chocolate chips.

Place 1 / 3 cup mint chocolate chips in microwave safe environment for the large bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute or until almost melted chips. Stir until smooth. Together to cool.

When the manual and add chocolate and beat Neufchatel cheese mixture on medium speed until smooth power. Add sugar mixture and beat until well blended. Press mixture into 6 - inch square heavy plastic bag and double plastic bag. And at least one hour. Remove the plastic sheet on the envelope and cut into squares Truffles 48. Roll each ball is a small wax paper square. Roll the ball in the middle, adding half the sugar and cocoa. Place 2 tablespoons of mint chocolate chips in heavy zipper - into plastic bags. Microwave on high 1 minute or until chips soften. Knead the bag of chips until smooth. Make a small incision at the bottom of the bag in the corner. Drizzle the chocolate balls rolled in cocoa. Serve at room temperature.
